Pleased with the Rashford conclusion - looks to be done and dusted so just a few weeks and hopefully we can get him away from the dressing room even on loan with an obligation to buy (most likely). He loves this type of PR, such a pre-emptive move before the club announces it before him so it looks like his decision - it clearly was the club who moved first.

Hopefully its amicable, we get some kind of fee (I'd take 30m in summer after a loan), and put the money towards an attacker who actually fits the new regime and philosophy.

I remember Rashford looking so awesome when he first broke out, definitely felt special for a short while, but he managed to get worse every season since then. Very weird.

He was an unknown quantity who eventually got found out and had no way to adapt - stand off him, let him run at you, give him space, don't dive in, he has no skill he's a kick-and-run merchant. Albeit one who was successful for a while.

Doesn’t look like it’s what the bookies are saying, but an interesting topic.

Always flattered to deceive. Credit where it’s due, his goals/assists numbers were always decent, especially in big games, but they often masked underwhelming performances. Always said I thought he was a bit “Everton”. Fact he got a 2nd contract on 200k p/w and a third for 350k is a perfect example of the mismanagement of the club.

Always thought Martial had a far higher ceiling, tbh, but he spunked away his talent as bad as anyone I can remember.

Greenwood was always destined to be better than both, too. Shame he was a bit rapey. I predict he’ll be at a big club in a couple of years, saucing it up. No ragrets.
