I hope people now realize that these hype fights is not worth checking out (at least not for europeans). Is real boxing really that dead?

I stopped following that many years ago. I bought the Tyson - Lewis PPV back then, but now UFC and others have my full attention.

Probably Canelo, Fury, Paul, Tank, Joshua, Spence... I think it's more about depth than stars at this point. How popular are Crawford, Haney and Usyk in 2024? I think if you're a boxing head its decent but it's a bit sparse for casuals

Agree. There is a lack of "stars" compared to previous times even though the level in some weight classes and matchmaking(thanks to Saudi) is pretty high these days. Bivol vs Beterbiev FOTY. There are some exciting guys in the lower weight classes too(not just Inoue who might be the most popular).
