Didn't get a chance to respond to you about the whole thing; Conor's a funny guy and talks shit but rarely have I seen him be low ya know what I mean? Paulie talked mad shit, but he was obviously wrong about all of it, and there wasn't a need for retaliation imo. Paulie tucking his tail and bouncing was enough for me to believe Conor over Paulie, but the vid was rough man. I didnt think whatever happened was that bad. Conor exaggerates but it's usually based in a little sliver of fact, and I actually think he was being 100% honest for once regarding how bad Paulie got it.

Just my two cents, I like everyone involved in this whole circus and i just don't want to see anyone's legacy/name get tarnished over some dumb shit

I was half joking about Deulofeu. He's a nice little player that can probably hang at Barca.

But you don't replace the arguably 3rd best player in the world with someone like him. Mbappe or Coutinho are solid choices. Deulofeu is a good option off the bench.

Conor set him up from the get go, imo. Paulie's just a bit pissed at letting himself get so played.

Well, to Conor's credit/defense, if youre a worlf champion boxer you shouldnt be letting a ufc champ box the fuck out of you, period. Paulie's detractors over the years have said he's sharp and vicious, but when things are going his way and for him to assume that he's going to just get everything his way as a semi-retired man in his thirties against an animal athlete like Conor is arrogant stupidity. Dont give a guy hard rounds if you arent in shape then fucking cry about it

but conor's camp left the "open" offer of sparring very vague. Paulie got called in at last min off couch. He also wrongly thought he'd be used as part of the team, drafting up a fight strategy.

He got used & spat out quickly

His fitness is the big question. If he can give us 15 more hard minutes, he can be truly great.

Denis is never going to get any credit, I'm not going to start on that. Amazing little player that would do what the Assensios of the world can and have done if he were given their opportunities.

I'm not liking this shitfire rhetoric from either side. We don't need to burn the whole thing down and sell everyone who isn't Messi or Saurez and we don't need to buy everyone who isn't Neymar. Ebbs and flows innit. I'm hoping this vote of no confidence goes through. The Paulinho signing is horrific. Even if he does well, it's a stupid, stupid gamble.
