In Fulham (well off area) today. Conservative Party cocksucker handed me a leaflet to vote for them on the street. Took it and instantly threw it on the floor in front of him and gave him evils 😂 Shit was about to go down imo. Would do the same to labour. Election time gonna be peak for them, not me.

Am I a prick?!

People are saying the Conservatives are headed for absolute destruction at the next General Election. Their fewest seats ever was 156 in 1906 and they are polling well below that:

They've still got time to replace Sunak and change some things though. Still I feel there's space a bit to the right of the Conservatives for a sort of GB News/UKIP/Reform/Reclaim party to maybe grab some seats.

They’re trying to force through as much bs legislation as they can before they’re dragged out. They forced through the quack PA fuckers getting regulated by the gmc even though every doctor was and is against it.

Yes.

Boro Rangers, who play in the Northern League Division One, two tiers below Whitby, just savaged Redcar Athletic at the BM Bi Fold Stadium 0 - 5, in the other semifinal of the North Riding FA Cup!

So it's Whitby Town FC vs Boro Rangers in the final! ☠️

Match Report

I went to Whitby vs FC United of Manchester yesterday evening. The attendance was 607 - FCUM always bring a lot of fans. It was a chilly, still evening and walking in I could hear the announcer from maybe half a mile away or more, and after the match I could hear fans chanting from even further. FCUM were very fit and fast and it was clear that their movement was better than ours from the start. Their defence was very strong and well organised, making it difficult for us to find space to get a cross or shot in from reasonable range. The game was fairly even with the initiative passing back and forth. Both sides had a few shots saved in the first half, although our finishing was very inconsistent, some shots were on target, some were headed for the next postcode. FC United scored from a deflected shot from a corner right before half time.

In the second half we started to fall behind the visitors as their superior speed and movement told. However we kept battling and our passing was good. At 82 we scored a Premier League-class goal from a far post header from a well-placed cross. However FCUM responded after five minutes with another excellent goal, right in the corner from about 25 yards. We did hit the crossbar but despite being five places below us (after the game, it was probably more before), and us having been docked three points, FC United were clearly the better side last night. :(

Whitby are ninth and FCUM are 14th.

We do have another young player on loan from Middlesbrough, a defender called Ben Beals, so maybe he can help prevent this in future.

Public satisfaction with the NHS has dropped again, setting a new low recorded by the long-running British Social Attitudes survey.

Just 24% said they were satisfied with the NHS in 2023, with waiting times and staff shortages the biggest concerns.

That is five percentage points down on last year and a drop from the 2010 high of 70% satisfaction.

The poll - the gold-standard measure of the public's view of the health service - has been running since 1983.
