After watching the Man U game yesterday, I gotta ask about Bailey. I get the guy is quicker, and more aggressive, but he always seems to have one or two big wtf moments in any game. The first 90 seconds and he gives the ball away 30 yards out to allow the attacker through on goal, thankfully masked by him putting it over the bar and into the second tier. Before that him and Maguire were nowhere near when Januzai curled one inches from the top corner. Still first 20 minutes or so when the game was just bouncing from box to box, Eric and Harry were running back on either side of the attacker and I was waiting for the burst of speed, but the CBs where stride for stride with each other until a mistouch saved us again.
Maybe he settles in with more game time (but he can't stay fit), but I'm always waiting for that errant pass in our own box, or him to lay someone out for no good reason giving away a free kick in a dangerous area, or some other unforeseen chaos.
TL;DR
He can be good, but isn't consistent. + injury prone

I love him and he's been an all time great but if the team wants to move forward then he might be the one to have to go to be able to get something back to rebuild. Letang too, but apparently that got Rutherford outsted.

Recently Burke said on Spitting Chiclets that Penguins are in bad shape right as far rebuild goes, they dont have a cup run in them and they are just near playoff spots, thus wont get top draft picks. (maybe not his exact words but something along those lines)
Maybe him and Hextall got okay from Mario that they can trade anyone (apart from Sid ofc). Would/should get decent return for Malkin and/or Letang if they agree to wave their NMC.
