Lol I forgot it was his birthday, that's just a coincidence. There's nothing in my follow up post referring to @Arqueto and I was just answering a question (it wasn't phrased as a question, but effectively). I didn't raise the topic. If anyone's supporting extreme nationalism it's the people I'm describing. Anyway normies find this kind of social tension unbearably uncomfortable and can't handle people just describing reality on this kind of question. In forums other than the War Zone I put this kind of comment in spoilers with a trigger warning, recommend you heed the warnings and don't open them in future, rather than shooting the messenger.

Edit: While we're on the subject here are a couple more observations: A British or Irish person probably wouldn't have made the original comment, knowing it was likely to lead to trouble. A German might though. Also I think you @LEWIS540 grew up in Manchester maybe, and won't have had constant contact with the pseudo Scottish people I used as my main example, as I grew up quite far north in England.
