Frank Edgar hasn't exactly been fighting safe himself. He's destroying guys. Had a close fight with Faber, but Faber has that kind of effect on even the best fighters out there. Other than that fight that he clearly won, he's been walking through top guys.

I wanna see Edgar win this and get his fight with McGregor because he's a much worse stylistic matchup for Conor than Aldo is. Edgar also has the gas tank to grind for all 5 rounds if need be and both Aldo and Conor's cardio is sub par at best. That's an embarrassment when talking about the top guys in our sport.

But make no mistake about it, I'm not just picking Edgar because I want him to win. I'm picking him because I truly believe he will. He has the momentum going and I still think Aldo is too focused on Conor than this beast he's about to face. Stylistically, Aldo is technically a bad matchup for a guy like Edgar but at this current time with all the intangibles involved, Edgar is fighting Aldo at the perfect time. I think he drops Aldo before the 3rd bell.

And when he does, he needs to get on that fucking microphone and call Conor a pussy for running away from the division. Follow him wherever he goes! Do just like Shannon Briggs does Vladamir Klitchko and show up to all his press conferences or his autograph signings and while he's surfing or eating dinner and all that. Walk right up and start talking shit. Get everything on camera and upload it to YouTube.

Out of the two of them, I want Frankie to win. I would rather see Frankie vs Conor as oppsed to Aldo again. Will be interesting to see if Frankie wins, will McGregor actually fight him. I also want guys to win belts in multiple divisions and Frankie has a great chance of doing that.
