Pre workout

    what pre-workout are you currently taking? what do you like about it? not like?
    I'm just finishing my tub of mesomorph, i really liked the pump and energy i got from it. Was curious if anyone on here has tried something stronger than that or with a stronger pump

    use pre-jym from bodybuilding.com. Since I've found that I won't use anything else.

    And about 2 hours before I'll usually eat some light proteins and fats, avocados, nuts, fish, something like that.

    I'm not kidding when I say: the key to success is--SLEEP.

    However.... I do take my coffee of the morning, an Mr Hyde on lift days. It makes me a little jittery, but it keeps me full of energy. I hope that helps.
