They have been here all week.

I have to teach the Beginner Class and MMA class in Brighton this Saturday so I cannot compete.

The Horn seminar was great. We actually covered a lot of wrestling stuff. I think one of the most over looked positives of wrestling is the technical aspects of the scramble and finishing your scramble in top position.

Jeremy covered this very well and he's an incredibly nice guy too.
