Why doesn't she just say what she actually means and say "to everyone who isn't a straight white male" instead of listing every other conceivable group except them. More open racism from the party of tolerance which the Left fully accepts, which only served to turned people away from them. At first I was perturbed that they were doubling down on hateful rhetoric after the slaughter of an election, but it's only going to further destroy the Left, so I say let them keep at it.

It's undeniable that academia pumps out this ideology. What bothers me even more than that is how well it works. Even in this forum, people either don't care, don't want to care, or don't see it. They assume that when you call this out, you must have some ulterior motive, that you must be racist yourself (which doesn't make any sense to me) or that you must be a white male and not simply objective.

I also can't help to think that they've tapped into some racism with the white liberals that adhere to these beliefs. It's as if they give minorities a pass because they don't actually consider them equal. Here is a video that exemplifies this pretty well, I thought.

The virtue signalling and overcompensation of white SJW's that you are referring to is more based on guilt psychology and insecurity though I think. They are seeking approval. Whites are considered bottom rung within the ideology, to be dragged through the mud (along with their ancestors and history). There is an element of infantalization of the victim groups embedded in it also though which could be construed as racism, sexism, or whatever else though.

Any way you slice it it's an intellectually bankrupt ideology that falls apart with a little criticism and logic, but it isn't meant to be intellectual. It has a thin intellectual and morally righteous cloak masking what is really political agenda (Marxism) at its core. It's a con job.
