What supplement could i take the day after a comp or just right after a comp to recover a bit quicker, too get rid of aches and pains
 
Couch and beer seem to do the trick for me. Oh, and Hearthstone, or fallout4.
 
That aint gonna help me recover, that'll just make me feel even more shitty lol
 
My post competition nutrition typically involves a lot of burgers, pizza, milkshakes, beer and weed. I think this regimen really takes care of any aches and pains quite well
 
Rehydrate, tylenol or other anti-inflammatory, maybe some fish oil?
 
Magnesium citrate and lots of water.

This may help as well.








 
Scrub furiously in the shower and lots of vitamin c, you know cause of the mat aids.
 
the day after is not the key if you're looking into supplements. glucosamine is great for keeping the joints feeling sharp but thats year round. Other than that like the guy above said, anti inflammatory is the only thing to feel better instantly.
 
Drink a protien shake maybe some extra BCAA's and stop being a poon
 
Sports massage would probably get you the results your looking for. Maybe some ART on areas that are really giving you trouble from your camp and comp
