Pork Chops Don't Get Enough Love

Everyone always talking about steak,chicken and fish but aint no one ever giving Pork Chops love. I love pork chops. they are cheap and a few ways to make them, bake,grill,fried ,etc.. They are easy to cook too.

I had a beer brined double thick rib chop at a nice restaurant earlier this year... I still get a light chub everytime I think about it. The brine had juniper berries in it, it was roasted perfectly.......

At home, just a little Adobo and a light dusting of flour, fried hard and served with rice an beans... mmmmmmmmmmm

and I bet the waiter look surprised when you ordered the the pork chop too. every i order pork chop over the house steak the waiter is shook.
