The first 4 prelims were pretty damn great and got the card off to a good start. There was then a notable drop off which may have dragged the event into 'failure' territory. But Gaethje and Pimblett delivered in the main event making the night an overall sucess. 7/10.

Good. Main issue was pacing. The featured prelims they did 4 fights in just under 2 hours which was good.

Main card they did 5 fights in 3.5 hours which is an absolute joke. The whole "we now have a 1 hour earlier start time for the main card" was essentially just them adding a full hour of unnecessary bloat to the card, it still finished at almost the exact same time.

I think everyone will agree the pacing of the main card ,and the ads sucked. But if that's the price we gotta pay for getting the fights at this price, I guess we got to eat it...

but goddamn losing the ring entrances is CRAZY

I'm hoping the bad pacing was because it was the first card and they were trying hard to hype up each fight.

If they next week try to spend 15 minutes in-between each fight blabbing about guys like Mullarkey and Tallison then they will actually get serious pushback from a large majority of fans.

Sean won a coin flip, good scrap. Lord Silva always comes to bang. Beast looked like crap. For the 1000th time get rid of the little girls pitter patter shit. Main event was awesome.
4:10 because too many repetitive ads

Tbf, UFC never really did anything with walkouts so we’re not really losing anything.
Izzy did that undertaker thing once, and then there was the choreographed dance routine. It was cringe, but at least Izzy tried.

I'll give it "good". I was a little annoyed that 3 fights were lost from the undercard, but sometimes you can't control that stuff. Losing the Kayla vs Nunes fight from the main card really hurt it IMO. That would have been a great fight and honestly should have been the main event. Also beyond the UFC's control.

What concerns me are the next 3 events. UFC 325, 326, and 327 are just trash. A rematch no one wants, another card headlined by a BMF fight, and UFC 327 still has no main event in sight. And the only other good fight on all 3 cards combined is DDP vs Branden Allen.

Take away the main event from UFC 325 and it looks bad even for a fight night card.

Idk how accurate my opinion is, I was starved for fights and had been waiting around for that card, but I've read other people's complaints, and they're valid. I guess it was good, but I'm not as impressed with Paramount as much as I believed I'd be. Most of the fights were fine

I dont care, I want to see the fucking walk outs.

Some decent fights.

Production was low level UFC as usual. No effort at all from the premier org, but that's nothing new.

Paramount's additions suck complete ass and make me likely to go back to just pirating the cards a couple hours after they've aired. Not really interested in sitting around for 6-7 hours when it's gonna be 3 hours or so of stupid ads that don't appeal to me at all. Ads instead of walkouts and inbetween rounds of big fights is garbage.

One of the good things is actually being able to watch the Paramount cards immediatley after, if you've missed it. I rewatched it this morning. That is a fuckin cool addition if you are busy and cant watch it live.

Anyone with Paramount+ used the multi-camera or multi-angle thing? What was that like?

I was hoping with the new partner theyd try some new things, but it felt like the exact same product its been for years (presentation wise).

For $4 a month (walmart+ black friday for $48 gave me one year paramount+ included), i am certainly not complaining though! Very cool to watch the shows live or on demand from the comfort of home or on mobile!

You could do that already with fight pass though.

And when I used to pirate cards back in the day, prelims were up and ready to watch before the main card ended. Main card only took like 30-60 mins to be up once it was done too. That was years ago. Probably quicker now.
