Seriously, this is the first time I actually seen her back away from a matchup.

  • First they didn't wanna fight each other because they're both Brazilians.
  • Then she says she wants to fight legit 145ers in the division (which there's no one but Megan and she's not cleared to fight)
  • Then says she had too many "super fights". (Even tho it wasn't for the title.)
  • Then sasy Cat Zingano (a former FLW turned BW) deserves a shot before Nunes.because Cat beat Nunes a while ago.
  • Then she claims Nunes won't do any good for her legacy (despite Nunes having a arguably better resume than her.)
  • Now she calling out GDR and saying she'll do more PPVs buys than Nunes...

I get she wants a division of 145ers but there isn't any right now and needs to take fights in order to keep the relevance of float.

It's just weird.

Last time I checked, Nunes didn't even want to hear about that possible fight.

Why did she change her mind? Weight classes are there for a reason.
 
Nunes is the only one who has some chance of beating Cyborg and her management knows that. Every other fight is an easy pay day, which leads to more easy pay days through maintaining the title.

Cyborg and Anderson are the only ones who haven't fought at 135. The briefly signed Dandois but she was so terrible that they cut her after one fight.

  • Then says she had too many "super fights". (Even tho it wasn't for the title.) > She doesn't know what superfight means apparently. Nunes would be the closest she has ever been to a superfight.

  • Then sasy Cat Zingano (a former FLW turned BW) deserves a shot before Nunes.because Cat beat Nunes a while ago. > Nunes went 6-0 after the Zingano fight and became champion. Zingano on the other hand has lost 2 in a row since that fight.

Probably one of the most blatant duckings in a long time. Lost alot of respect for Cyborg.
 
Ducking means you're scared to fight someone. Clearly Cyborg isn't scared of anyone. She rather not fight another Brazilian.
 
I'll vote no because ducking has implies that she's scared to figth Nunes.

But she does not seem interested in that fight. Don't know why. Two champions.

Because Holly doing so well makes Nunes believe she can move up and dethrone cyborg.

Cyborg doesn't sell. Period

The ufc know and want her to lose asap which is why they'l throw Nunes at her instead of some can.

Seriously. What would be the point of having two very new, very much unknown (to the general public) entities fight one another?

Nunes was just hitting her stride (albeit without being very active) and Cyborg is only now just sort of getting some shine.

Making this fight now would be like having GSP fight Anderson right after the Lutter fight, Why would they do that?

She is literally a bigger but a lot worse version of Nunes. Cyborg doesnt finish Tate and Rousey inside a round, she doesnt even finish Länsberg or Evinger inside a round. Nunes would have also beaten Holm more easily, open your eyes.
 
This new UFC era is garbage.

DJ doesn't want to fight TJ even though TJ is willing to drop down. Bisping holding up MW only to lose to GSP who has since vacated the belt because he'd get murdered. McGregor hasn't defended a belt since 2010. Woodley holding out for superfights even though he doesn't deserve one. GDR getting stripped for blatantly ducking. And... Now cyborg doesn't want a massive fight with someone in a weight class below who happens to be the champ there.

Hahaha when does it end? Jesus Christ. I miss the 03 - 09 era.

Holloway and Stipe are kind of breaths of fresh air at this point. They don't duck challenges.
