I give him a lot of credit for changing his mind, even if he hedges in the end and settles on "partial no-go zones" where innocuous (Even overtly western) civilians are free to roam, but the government gets the worst treatment.

But hell, if that's what we're calling a no-go zone, then the US shouldn't be throwing stones at shit.
