Police officer caught on cam...again, wonder why society hates them yet?

so a ft worth police officer gets caught on go pro spraying mace at a group of motorcyclist as there driving by what looks to be a traffic stop.go pro on a cyclist helmet shows officer spraying them for absolutely no justifiable reason, this is a felony assault if I've ever seen one. Spraying someone on a bike at what looks to be around 30-40 mph is beyond dangerous and beyond infuriating .

I am not a generalizing mofo but every week a new vid like this pops up and the American sentiment is becoming more and more of an us vs. them scenario. Now I know all officers aren't bad and I'm pretty damn close to a lot of friends who are officers so I know the stress this job entails but the hiring procedure seriously needs to be reevaluated now. There are just to many unhinged and unprofessional people being let into the force. As long as bad cops keep doing stuff like this the sentiment is just going to get worse.

The level of callous this officer showed in doing this is something else. He should be fired,charged and every single case or report he's filed up to this point should be reviewed. How much tax payers money has to be paid out before accountability is a standard?

I have no sympathies for bikers especially considering they were out screwing around on the highway. The truck that the cop had pulled over was there because he was parked on the road recording footage of the bikes screwing around.
Fuck these bikers trying to intimidate this cop by riding next to the white line inches from the cop and trying to act "hard". They got misted, boo fucking hoo. Move over next time and quit endangering people by going out and fucking around on the highway. There should be more of this, maybe it would discourage this douche bag biker phase.

No ,he doesn't..no police standards advocate macing a motorist while driving. ..and a move over law is grounds for potentially causing a deadly accident or accidents to all motorist,not just the cyclist?.. Second take. Cop recklessly endangering lives on a saturated roadway on a bending road at the crest of a hill.

I've seen alot of traffic jams happen when a roadway is already saturated and they have to slow down even further / kill a lane because a cop needs it. When the roads are fucked up the cop needs to take extra scrutiny getting out of a vehicle in my opinion.

As a general rule I refrain from stops on busy ass roads unless someone does something so stupid it can't be ignored. Not worth f'ing up traffic and having some knucklehead sending a text plowing into traffic slowing down ahead of him.

How do you arrest guys that use a method of transportation that is faster than a police car, is not confined to roads, the riders do not stop for police and often do not even have licence plates? Many police departments even have a do not pursue policy with motorcycles due to the risk of serious injury to the rider.
