Please stop posting War Room threads in Mayberry.

It would be really helpful if we had moderators who could police the Mayberry and keep war room threads out of it.....

It is ruining Mayberry.
 
What if you dont want to put the thread in the war room though?

I mean what if you want a less serious response?

Like what if I wanted to make a poll on who you will vote for 2020 and I want it in the mayberry because more people will see it here and all I want to know is WHO you are going to vote for not WHY

You don't break the forums for visibility purposes. Lotta people in UFC forum would see my "who's the best band ever" thread, but that's not where it goes.
 
What if it's light-hearted political discussions? Like:

- The color of the dress that the first lady is wearing at a function?
- Food being offered during a State dinner?
- The golf handicap of different presidents?
- New England Clamchowder vs Gumbo being put on the line for the next super bowl by members of congress?
- Movies that have a political plot?
- Is Tom Cruise taller than James Madison?

Since we’re on the subject, what percentage of the war room do you think is just Russian trolls, or people working for the GOP or DNC?

I would bet at least 30% and at most 90%.

Oh I'm sure we could all sit down and try to brainstorm all the threads that would ride the line so tightly it'll be the exact opposite of what I'm talking about.

That's basically half of what's already happening, but sure
 
The War Room is terrible. I wouldn’t wish time spent in there on my worst enemy.

Mayberry is 1000 times better than the OT.
 
Political threads get moved to War Room... Mayberry threads that just so happen to have a few political posts do not. People make music, PM and OT natured threads all the time as well and those get moved.

I could move this thread to support, probably belongs there.
