I ask nicely, but people keep doing it.

There's a difference between the War Room, which is for political discussion, and Mayberry, which is for lighthearted discussion.

We have a thread "Who killed JFK", which could have been a fun thread, but several posts in and some people just can't keep their politics away from it.

You guys know the difference. That thread wasn't asking for serious political responses, and if it was, it belongs in the War Room.

I've seen a marked decline on threads about women problems in this forum as of late and quite frankly, I feel a tad unnerved by it.

We need to make Mayberry great again, but it has to be a group effort.

Fair point. There are some topics we're all gonna want to discuss that are somewhere between, and then it's down to those in the discussion to be adults and discern where the posts should fall.

But there's a reason Mayberry threads don't creep into the War Room. We all know why.
