He was actually very decent when he got on top, example: the Sean Brady fight where he almost finished him and most of Chiesa's wins are by finishes. Great fighter when fighting someone lower level or where he had a huge size advantage but in his biggest fight against a surging FKL, that's what happened.

I wouldn't say I hate him. For whatever reason he's been seen and had a larger than usual presence in the UFC throughout his career, so knowing who he is and him getting attention has at least made his fights more interesting for me to watch as a fan (of mma not of him haha).
But personality wise he just seems like an arrogant know-it-all with an over inflated opinion of himself, basically another version of Kevin Lee but with less talent.
 
He looked so so bad. Immediately tapped when he could not land a sloppy takedown.
