Pretty much any college football or NFL PbP announcer. Surely at least one is an MMA fan that UFC could hire and train up, but that would require PAYING him.

Pat Miletich, Frank Shamrock. Pick one or both and throw them out there with Stann. I don't care who you assign PbP and who you assign color, it'd still be better than Anik.

Ya know, tonight (so far) is the best Anik has ever been. A bit more animated, has followed the action well, and has shown good knowledge of the action. Even had a good comedic delivery about Camozzi eating a shot "like a sandwich."

Still don't like he's very good, but maybe there's hope.

I would personally love to see him get replaced by Schiavello or Quadros/Kevin Bacon.
When you watch fights at 6AM it also would be nice if the voice commentating wasn't straight out painful to listen to without turning down the treble knob. (this isn't by far the biggest issue with Anik.)
