I have been having fun keeping track of everything that I eat.
Here are the breakdowns for the last week:
Average Calories - 1851
Average Protein - 151.5 Grams
Average Fat 120.4 Grams (lots of it saturated - Have not done breakdown yet)
Average Carbs - 52.5 Grams
Average Breakdown - 57% Fat
32% Protein
11% Carbs
I feel comfortable eating this way, but suspect that the breakdown is weird.
What are your thoughts?
Anyway, I'm gonna do this for at least a month and then have my cholesterol tested. I am hoping o prove that a high fat (with lots of saturated fat) diet does not contribute to high cholesterol and heart disease.
