I don't know what Michel's and Prates fight plan was here. Almost anything would have been better than how they approached it. Even Michel going ham with crazy stuff like he used to do. He could have at least tried in the last 2 minutes of the fight, the risk of burning yourself out and making yourself vulnerable for a finish yourself would have been greatly diminished anyways, might as well go for it.

Not me. Garry couldn't avoid Shavkat holding him against the cage for long stretches. Brady will use that same strategy, but he's a better wrestler and grappler than Shavkat imo. Obviously Shavkat is a much better striker, but Brady has figured out how to fight his way to where he needs to be.

I think Garry's movement makes it really hard for strikers to corner him and land flush because he moves laterally as soon as they let their strikes go (until rd 5 tonight when Garry got tired and then was getting clubbed). But vs a mostly pure grappler like Brady, you can't just slide away laterally. And when Brady gets his hands on him, I don't see Garry having any answers.

Garry was literally crawling, like even if you dont get a ko. tying in hooks and throwing low power hammer fist will get you a stoppage.
