Lmao u fucking idiot, in europe every boy plays it in school. 95% of male population can play it and plays it on the reg. Even the smallest cities have at least one field to play. You're a clown.Let’s see a video of you playing that easy sport then, dork![]()
Well main problem is that majority of these people never seen proper game of football. They simply dont understand fact that Its same as in MMA, sometimes u have "snoze fests" or teams which are tactically "too lock" and game is simply not entertaining. You're also able to carry the ball the easiest way (hugging it in your arms) in comparison to soccer or basketball. There's less finesse in comparison to the other ball sports.
What a pile of horseshit.

95% of male population was in somekind of fight...does it mean that 95% of male population can fight?Lmao u fucking idiot, in europe every boy plays it in school. 95% of male population can play it and plays it on the reg. Even the smallest cities have at least one field to play. You're a clown.
No I’m calling soccer poverty ball and laughing at the people in this thread using this thread as an excuse to make fun of football or the USA. Think beyond the surface
Cope murricans, Football (not called soccer) is the biggest talent pool in the world.
It's the most competitive sport on earth.
Only 0,04% of 18 years old who get a PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT in the Premier League get to have a professional career.
Cope.
That sounds like bollocks, tbh.
First off, what does that even mean? By definition, if you have a professional contract surely that means you have a professional career.
Secondly, even if we adjust what a "professional career" means, It means out of 2500 18 year olds who are given a professional contract at a Premier League club, only 1 makes it as a professional player?
It would mean if every Prem club gave out 125 contracts to 18 year olds (which would likely take well over a decade), only 1 makes it?
Absolute BS.

It’s actually hard to no know if you’re having a bit of fun or if you truly believe this after the diatribes likes @Sir Elzio Dennick often posts.
That guy legit believes an NFL XI / XV would dominate soccer or rugby with “a couple of years of practice”.
Will give you benefit of the doubt.
My bad you're right I got the info mixed cause kept hearing that. It's 2% not 0,04%. I'll correct it in the message above. Still the chances of becoming a pro are extremely low even for youth academy entrants and it is indeed the most competitive sport in the world with the largest talent pool by far.
1. Extremely low odds for youth footballers in general
Of the ~1.5 million boys playing organized youth football in England, only about 180 will sign a professional contract with a Premier League club — that is about 0.012 %.
“From everything to nothing in a split second”: Elite youth players' experiences of release from professional football academies - PMC
Previous research has assessed the affects release from football academies has on psychological distress and athletic identity of players. However, there has been no qualitative research exploring players' experiences of the release process. This ...pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
2. Very few academy players become professionals at all
Roughly 0.5 % of youth academy entrants go on to sign any professional contract (including lower leagues). https://theathleteacademy.uk/football-academy-statistics
Only a small fraction of teenage academy players ever reach top-tier professional football — some sources estimate about 4 % make it to elite football at the top level.
3. Many players signed at 18 don’t have sustained top careers
One often-cited (but not official league) statistic suggests that, in a cohort, only around 8 out of 400 players given a Premier League contract at age 18 were still at the highest level by age ~22, which would be 2 % of that group.
I created a "post you football dream team" in the sports room and he put a 11 of NFL players and said it would decimate any team with Messi, Ronaldo, Zidane or Maldini easily.
Sometimes I think he's trolling us all and doesn't believe it. I want to.
What a shitty comparison... should be more like If 95% of men trains fighting during school years... Then yeah, it would mean they can fight. At least on a low level. There are actually soccer tournaments for schools. Think about wrestling - same thing. You're an idiot.95% of male population was in somekind of fight...does it mean that 95% of male population can fight?
I played it every week till I graduated school.Yeah and not only Europe but also South America, Central America, Africa, Middle East, East Asia (Japan, S. Korea) and others. So that proves it's the largest talent pool in the world, and so the most competitive sport too, thanks for the help.
Second, you didn't answer the question. He asked if you can play that "easy sport" ? My guess is you tried a couple time, couldn't do anything with the ball, couldn't dribble past a streetlight, and got tackled one too many times for your taste. Plus you probably lack the cardio to play two 45mn periods back to back without having the break to catch your breath every 30s like in NFL.
There is a lot of big NFL fans in England. No one in the entire world cares about the NFL except for Americans.
There's a reason the biggest sport event on earth is the Football World Cup final.
2022 World Cup Final between France and Argentina was viewed by 1.5 Billion people in the world.
99% of those viewers don't give two shits about the NFL. Hell cross the border and no one gives a shit about it.
There is a lot of big NFL fans in England.
There is many fans of NFL in Europe. Even American Football leagues, for example -Oh yeah England. The country where people breathe football and abide by it almost religiously. The place with the most followed Football Club League in the world. That country
Of course, every single human being even at 2 yrs old can also throw a punch or throw a basketball. Doesn´t mean they are UFC champs or make it into the NBA. Its much harder to make it to the top at football because you have millions and millions of players training everyday to get to the top. Out of 100 000 people maybe 5 want to get pro in mma and they get into it because they are unathletic and want to lose weight lol. So your only competition is basically a lazy bum...Lmao u fucking idiot, in europe every boy plays it in school. 95% of male population can play it and plays it on the reg. Even the smallest cities have at least one field to play. You're a clown.
