I love that one, one of the easiest takedowns against non-wrestlers. I teach it a lot in both MMA and BJJ. With MMA I think its a good option together with the thai clinch with knees involved.
For BJJ its on my list of 5 easy takedowns everyone in my gym should be able to pull off. Its an "easy" technique that doesnt require a lot energy.
Erik Paulson has a version of this where you don't grasp your arms -- one arm grabs the back of his head and pulls down while your underhook shoots toward the far wall. It's one of the easiest takedowns I get.
