Doesn't make that much of a difference really. Romero or Woodley will look jacked tensing or relaxed. Silva just got usaded.

The BEFORE picture is mere seconds before the infamous flex, and the AFTER picture is 3 years later, a moment before the infamous "weak" looking picture. As you can see, there isn't much of a noticeable difference.
