    I always think its interesting to see what professional fighters are using in terms of supplementation and nutrition. In case anyone else is interested, I found some pictures from BJ's kitchen from this week, about 8 or 9 weeks out from his Sherk fight.     glad he's got it under control. not a huge fan of the fruitein, but if your goal is health and recovery and not building big muscles.. seems like a good choice

    I tried to embeb them using standard html coding. Is it because I'm a white-belt that I was unable? In any case, I hoped everyone would like the pictures. There is a lot more from Tracy's 4 days in Hilo. I am a huge BJ and Joe fan so these were really awesome pictures.
