The thing is that they did let him out, TWICE, after violent assaults. He had his chances. Think how many fights he was in where no charges were pressed. The guy was going to kill someone eventually. 3 strikes and you are out bro.

felony assault conviction stemming from a fight at a
Point Loma bar earlier in the year, as well as an additional fight at a
Pacific Beach bar.

Twitter account as well as a blog documenting his time in jail.

Christy Mack and associate Corey Thomas were assaulted by War Machine in her
Las Vegas home. Mack was hospitalized, where it was found that she suffered from 18 broken bones, a broken nose, missing teeth, a fractured rib and a ruptured liver.
