Pico's appeal is his forward motion and sometimes that leaves him running into punches or elbows leading to devastating knockouts, it's not the first time he's been sent to the shadowrealm

Self belief is important but it has limits.

he's facing the same issues as Gaetjche when he first got into the UFC, he still needs to be more polished and he's getting there, not there yet.

I think Pico doesn't lack dawg or toughness

oh he lacks toughness alright. He has like 2 hit points if it were a video game. He is frail with zero ability to take shots to go with his brain dead fight IQ. He didn't even do all that well in bellator, beating only cans and getting KOed by journeymen. Guy never would have won the bellator/PFL title if he stayed there.

Maybe he should do a cop out backtrack to wrestling like Bo Nickal is doing.

He should move up...i suspect his chin issues are related to the weight cut ...hes a big 145er...

But the wrestler in him thinks he needs to cut 20- 30 pounds to be grinding and succeeding...

I bet at 155lbs he doesnt fold as easily...

His boxing and wrestling might be really good in their own right, but his boxing isn't good for MMA against decent comp, which he hadn't really been fighting up until now.

He just wades in way too much with crap defense. Bro is gonna just keep getting sparked out with these small gloves.
