(PIC) Werdum and Kevin Nash!

He actually is about 6'9-6'10. They billed him at 7' for a while though. Werdum is 6'5, so you can see he has bout 4-5 inches on him.

Werdum is 6'4". I don't know where you got 6'5" from. And Nash looks about 6'7.5" - 6'8", which is still gargantuan.

Magic Johnson was billed at 6'9", most probably 6'8" and Nash had several inches on him. Check the pic in this thread.

Magic Johnson might have been billed at 6'9" but that doesn't mean that was his real height. I think Magic is closer to 6'7". We also don't know if Nash was wearing lifts/boots on that picture you mentioned.

Even Big Daddy Cool won't save you from Nog, Werdum. Your time is coming.

Wow, you really stretched those rants out!!

How you jumped from me saying an adult male watch daytime soap opera's is wierd to calling everyone mentally handicapped is a little whacko!!

Leave that confusion behind for a moment.

Lets give you a straight linear comparison:

If I went to say...teen beat magaizine forums and posted a picture of Justin Bieber photo'd with Nick Diaz, and then had a few of you start discussing his chances at this weekends event, I would fully expect some teen girl to question why MMA is being discussed on a teen heart throb forum.

Doesnt that make sense?

You began discussing a pro wrestler in an MMA forum...I just found it odd so many knew who an old pro wrestler was.

Direct comparison, both would be odd and out of place....

I would just like to say, that mma and pro wrestling go hand in hand. Pride was basically wrestlemania with real fights and they actually had pro wrestling matches and pro wrestlers fighting. Multiple mma guys are fans and actually do pro wrestling. Most of the mma media, guys like dave meltzer and ariel helwani, come from pro wrestling journalism. Most people on this forum were probly the right age group when 98-2001 pro wrestling was gigantic and super mainstream.

So yes, when you post a picture of a pro wrestler on an mma forum, a pro wrestler who has been in blockbuster movies, on the jay leno show and on tv for 20 years, people will probly know who he is.

Werdum is a big guy, Nash makes him look small, nWo, fa fa fa fa lyfe!

I lived and grew up watching through the Hulkamania era (started watching at around '86-'87, for the record, as that guy you quoted was replying to me. As I said though, The Monday Night Wars was the best era to watch. Excitement week in and week out filled with tons of WTF moments and a few OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY DID THAT moments.

You point out things that I pointed out and should just be common knowledge but for some reason is not common knowledge to people here.

Ah well, PRIDE/WCW will always be missed.

back in the day, they listed him as 7'2

i remember because he was my favorite lol

NWO WOLFPACK!

I use to watch wrestling in the attitude/NWO era ... I never saw them list him over 7 foot.

Big Show yes ... not Nash though.

You are right. Unless this was his during his Vinnie Vegas or Oz days which I never saw, he was never listed as above 7 feet tall.

This guy obviously didn't pay much attention to his "Favourite" wrestler, if that is the case.

Nash is huge

He's billed as 6'10". Lol, gotta love pro wrestling. They're almost as ridiculous as the UFC when it comes to height.

I used to love wrestling as a kid, and I don't remember them listing him as that tall. I though they said he was like 6'6" or so, which looks to be pretty accurate.

I think he really is 6'10", he is leaning over and still easily has 3+ inches on Werdum who is 6'4".

My guess is 6'10" at his peak, but 6'8" now. Pro Wrestlers lose a lot of height due to all the bumps they take over the years. He looks about four inches taller than 6'4" Werdum.

Who is Big Daddy Diesel?

Never heard of him. Now Oz is another story.

Now your talking... Oz then Vinnie Vegas for the win. Mid 80s to late 90s NWA/WCW was the s**t...

What's with all the disbelief in this thread? Nash is legitimately close to 7' tall. There is a reason he has been cast in several movies as a terrifying thug.

Only on SD will a pic of someone go 9 plus pages debating a guys height lol...

What no Razor Ramon?
