Philly to Ban Bullet Proof Glass Windows in Convenience Stores.

This thread has already been done.

These businesses are already violating the state liquor licenses but the state is understaffed and has not been enforcing the liquor laws.

In response the city is adopting the state liquor laws and also added the Plexiglass provision. The Department of Licenses and Inspections is going to do a study and give recommendation on the Plexiglass by 2021.

These businesses have Restaurant Liquor licenses and are supposed to be operating as a restaurant. They aren't allowed to sell liquor only beer.

These places aren't restaurants (don't sell cooked food) and are illegally selling shots of liquor and Nyquil (lol) over the counter.

Nobody would want this type of business in their neighborhood regardless of the race of the owners.

This has no effect on beer distributors, liquor stores, grocery stores or bars.

Just shitty corner stores that sell nothing but 40s, chips, blunts, glass straws (used for meth and crack) and shots of liquor and cough medicine over the counter.

This is a good bill and I hope everyone of these businesses is shut down.

You are officially a crotchety old man when you want all the asian liquor stores that sell single cigarettes and cans of beer to be shut down.
