Phil Davis's Striking Defense

his striking is awkward. Im not gonna call it good or bad. Defnitely doesnt look good though..
Butttttt... He really has some damn good defense! He's hard to hit, he blocks punches with his arms really well, keeps really good distance and gets out of the way. I was impressed with the way he was blocking and avoiding.

Met both of them at the Bellator 149 fan fest. I knew Liam was tall, but I'm 6'4 and it seemed like he towered over me. Granted he was wearing boots, but he was much bigger than he looks on TV.

He also has a great chin. Rumble, whose striking is levels above King Mo's, tagged him quite a bit but Phil never went down.
