He shouldn't be, the two guys he fought were nowhere near his level. Levan is alright, but not someone you'd put against one of your elite guys like Larkin.

So Kogan from PFL mentioned that Nemkov contract expires in 2025.

Nemkov sounds not happy - PFL wants him to fight Bader again, but at the moment Bader is shooting movie. So Nemkov doesn’t like that 8 months later still no date for his next fight. PFL offered him a spot in Grand Prix, he turned it down since he spend years with Goltsov in national sambo team and he trains together with Moldavsky and Popov. Also was told that Ngannou said no to him being substitute for Ngannou-Ferreira (something like Francis was preparing for different style of opponent).

Pretty sure he's already been suspended outside of MMA for roids, so no need to doubt his status.

No USADA + silent suspensions does open the door back up for these guys however, just look at Hamdy.
