Pettis vs 145 competition

Not enjoying the other threads belaboring the "Will he? Won't he" mount a comeback at LW question. Mark Hunt is the only man whose comeback from a losing streak at same weight class I approve of.

Edgar also lost 3 in a row and I feel Edgar would be Pettis greatest threat. How do people here feel about Pettis matchup with guys like Edgar, Holloway, etc?

Hollaway would be a great fight for him. Conor and Frankie probably beat him due to their pressure and likely Aldo, too. Mendes would be a good fight if Pettis could keep him at bay. I think he needs to drop down

Pettis vs Zombie is what stands out to me. It's fun to watch these two beat up on lesser competition but why not get straight to the point?

I think Pettis could beat guys like Swanson, Dias, Holloway, Stephens (again), Oliviera etc. But I think the top 3 would be Aldo, Pettis and Edgar (when McGregor moves up).

Pettis needs a WIN. After the dust settles people will forget who it was against. Then if he wins the next one he will Be on a streak and could be in the mix, esp at 145.
