Could and/or should Pettis drop down if he loses for the 3rd time in a row at 155 where he's been controlled several times? He was talking about dropping down to fight Aldo in the past. I'm just thinking of the Swanson matchup and how good that would be

I somehow can't see Pettis at 145. Dude would look like Cody McKenzie.

He was willing to go down and fight Aldo so, if he can make the weight sure!!!

Don't think he lose Vs Edson tho

I'd like to see it. Pettis is a small LW when he's lean.

I think Pettis would beat Cub. Max Vs Pettis would be great though.

Pettis has the same problem at 45 as he does at 55 and every other division. He gets smashed and stuffed by the elite wrestlers of the division.

I don't understand why everyone is so confident that Pettis can easily make 145. If it was the case, he'd have already fought at that weight in WEC. By the way he'd lose his speed advantage and would still have issue with the best wrestlers.

I wouldnt say easy, but he was scheduled to fight Aldo at 145 before.

Bendo? Gil? Eddie? Beat two of them decisively and should've gotten the nod against Alvarez.

If he loses again, he needs to focus on improving his skills, not trying to fight a smaller pool of smaller opponents to offset his shortcomings. Dropping to a lower weight class simply because of a few losses is a chicken shit, pussy move.
