I'm still pissed off that they didn't make Cheetos Rivera vs Merab and Cruz vs Baldo when they had the opportunity last year, instead of the other way around. Those guys all fought one week apart, it was a total wasted opportunity.

I think Yan needs to fight someone much lower in the rankings. Even though some fights were weird and/or robberies, he’s 1-4 in his last five fights.

As for Vera, I think you can match him up with almost anybody. No shame in losing to Sandhagen, and I think he can still do big things in the division.

I agree Yan needs a win, I'm not sure I have ever seen such a skilled, dominant fighter, in his prime, go 1- 4.

Yan wins. Sandhagen fight shows he's not ready for the top. He needs to lead the tempo and pace to win. If fighters press him and control the pace/tempo of the fight with striking/grappling, it freezes up Chito. Even current O'Malley beats him right now.
