You realize DC merked Silva and Gyno had a very back and forth fight with him? As well as the fact that DC got murked by Jones? There’s levels to this

1+2=3 doesn't nessasarily apply to men fighting inside a cage. Styles make fights

Jones is getting old in cage years but he has the skill set to wreck Israel. Israel will finish big tomorrow though

DC wrestled Silva, Izzy stood with him. Big fucking difference.

I don't think anybody believes Izzy "easily" beats Jones. He might win a tightly contested decision, but Jones greatest strength since he became champ is his insane striking defense. He's almost never in range to be hit, and whenever he is, he's clinching or working back out. On the handful of occasions we've seen him catch a hard shot, he shrugs it off. I do think izzy is a drastically superior striker from a technical standpoint, but Jones reach, defense, and movement should negate a lot of that. And this is all assuming Jones doesn't ragdoll and hellbow him.

MMA math tards are the worst <{CMPALM}>

The Silva/Izzy fight was a glorified sparring match, Izzy didn’t want to KO his idol and was emotional on the lead up to the fight. Anyone with eyes could see Izzy wasnt going 100%. You saw the same thing with Uriah Hall.

Jones also is a shell of himself and not the same guy who beat DC in 2014. He struggled to takedown Reyes in a fight most people think he lost, had a razor thin decision over a one legged Santos, and couldn’t finish a career MW journeyman in Anthony Smith.

Jones would probably wreck him. He’d neutralize the standup and pick him apart on the outside and then take him down and hurt him bad.

Jones would murder him. Can't stand either though. Would be praying for a double KO.

I don't think Jones trains for his fights at light heavyweight and hasn't for years.. If he does, it's minimal.. I think he just cuts weight, shows up, and fights.. I think he got bored.. Unmotivated

I do believe he is taking heavyweight seriously.. And if he fought Adesanya, he would squash him..
