Because neither of them are as strong or perpetually-aggressive as Costa.

Both of these guys stand and pose more than they punch; Costa is always coming forward, he is absolutely unafraid of getting hit, and he brings a whole new dynamic that Izzy has never seen before.

He trains with the Minotauro twins and his brother who is a high level black belt. Walid Ismail is also a high level black belt who has high level black belt students as well.

Israel does not have a good ground game. We saw this in his fight against Gastelum and Vettori. He also simply just dont have the physique for it.

Costas ground game is as legit as they come. He just prefers to fuck people up standing.

agreed. he doesn't use grappling in his fights for a reason. he's going to gas no matter what either way....if it gets out of the 2nd round, it's all israel....costa can win, but I feel if he doesn't stop israel in the first 2 rounds, he's toast.

If you watch his pre UFC fights, ever fight someone took him down Izzy ended up winning the ground game. He also has an 86% TDD, thats not bad.
