People think Nate will win the rematch? LOL

Conor got caught. It happens to the best of fighters. It happened to GSP, Anderson (heel hook), Stipe, Cain, Hendricks, Lawler (vs Nate), dos Anjos and many others. People are acting like that soul performance is a defining moment in the spectacular career of Conor McGregor. It's not. Nate is a person that does not rise to the occasion. In terms of choking, he is on par with Kenny Florian. He couldn't get it done in his fight with Bendo, Thompson or RDA yet "people" are acting like he is some person that can always beat one of the most clever and elusive fighters at welterweight. Conor will rematch Nate (he got the fight because the first one was a fluke victory) and this time he will put away Diaz early in the 1st. All you doubters are free to bump this thread after the fight for shaming purposes.

Nate lost to Bendo, Thompson and RDA because they're better fighters than Conor Mcgregor.

LONG LIVE THE KING!

Because Conor will be specifically training for Nate, Nate was the one who had all the advantages coming into the first fight, these advantages won't exist in this one

No, Nate will still have most of the advantages: reach, chin, ground game, cardio, durability, experience, heart.

Connor's advantages are speed and maybe a bit of power. It doesn't look good for him.

Nates a bigger man with longer reach and a better boxer. Conor has no chance really like 1% chance boxing. Because its been proven Nate cant even be KOed yet so even punchers chance is not there for Conor.
.
Nates a Master on the ground and Conor one of the worst.

Conditioning. Nate has unlimited being a triathlete. Conor always looks gassed after 1-2.

I'd give Conor better odds vs almost any LW over Nate. Nate is just a terrible matchup for Conor.

Maybe if he learns to kick like RDA/Thompson and keep his distance he has a chance. But thats not his fight style and he's slower and less powerful base to do that anyway.

Yeah I think the kicks are one area he can focus on. Overall Nate is a huge problem due to his size, his boxing, and especially the fact that he's also a southpaw, so he can roll with Conor's left and negate that power. The only way the matchup could be worse is if Nate were a great wrestler.

Nate is simply a horrible match up for Conor. He has incredible durability he was only stopped once by a head kick. He can take a massive beating and not fade out and he is bigger .He also has endless cardio. Conor has a better chance verse nearly any other light weight in my opinion. Nate is just a bad style his boxing endurance and chin will always make it a very hard fight for Conor to win.

I like Conor but realistically I don't see him beating nate and I would like him to stay at 145 and dominate there. I was upset when it was announced he would face nate the 1st time because I knew that would be the result I just don't see how he will beat nate is a 5 round fight when his chances of a KO aare very low.
That was an early stoppage. Nate wasnt even close to going out.

Any intelligent poster knows Conor is winning the rematch. What happened in March was just a case of Every Dog Has His Day.

Even tho nate had what..11 days and NO sparring..ZERO for that match?

Im going to copy and paste this: Even tho nate had what..11 days and NO sparring..ZERO for that match?
Nate didnt either.

Diaz "got caught" too, but he didn't break.

Exactly!

Conor has already admitted to never training for a specific fighter.

And hes choosing..of all people, nate diaz?
this will be interesting.

There's got to be some level of pure retardation in an OP that makes for a ban-able offense right?

Nate can't even think. So I wouldn't say he is strong, he just don't care about anything.

Those boys are shrewd and savvy.
Just not well educated.
Probably both brothers are a good bit higher IQ than average.

Albert Einstein is widely credited with saying “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”

sounds like Conor fans.

I don't know why Conor fans continue to make this excuse. He's on record saying short notice doesn't bother him because he doesn't train for opponents, he sharpens his skills. He's not ready for a fighter of Nates size and skillset. Regardless of what he says, size matters. It's gonna be a tough night again for McGrubes.

TS is right you know!

"but nate just got off the coach" - yep. sure thing. Wasn't training for a triathlon and hasn't been training MMA his whole life...

Conor was fighting a tall WW that is 2 divisions above his own - he wasn't used to that weight and it messed with his performance.

I feel sorry for Nate...he is going to be killed in the rematch! marks my brilliant words!
0/10

McTapTap was in the best shape of his life and yet he had nothing for Cabo Diaz.

Logical conclusion is that full camp Diaz will push his shit it.

Yeah it was a fluke that:
  • Nate took Conor's best shots like it was nothing.
  • Conor got turned into a panic wrestler.
  • Conor got slapped.
  • Nate had better cardio.
  • Nate wasn't surprised motherf*ckers!

These McNuggets are really scary with how delusional they are.

More fangirlism. You girls are trying too hard, maybe try a more subtle approach?

I've been on this site for about a week now and this is like the millionth Conor thread I've seen. Do they go away when he doesn't have a fight booked?

They thin out a little. If he loses again this place will be a ghost town in terms of Conor nuthuggers.

I like Conor, don't get me wrong but people post the same threads about him over and over.
