What we know: Jones tested positive twice for banned substances. Does this mean he was taking steroids? Maybe, maybe not...none of us know. If he was taking steroids, does that mean he's been taking steroids his entire career? Maybe, maybe not...none of us know that one either.

What I've noticed though is that most of the hate is coming from people desperately lobbying for GSP to somehow be a GOAT contender. It's funny that these people refuse to give Jones the benefit of the doubt, but then give GSP the benefit of the doubt, even though his body tells a different story. Also, they say once a cheater always a cheater, but make no mention of GSP and his vaseline cheating.

It's very clear why so much hate is being directed towards Jones, you're not fooling anyone.


Me personally, I agree with Nate Diaz when he said EVERY one of these dudes is on some type of performance enhancer. Bisping and Hunt are the only 2 guys who I would stake my money on, for being clean.


Either way, no amount of hate is gonna change the fact that Jones is up there with Fedor and Silva as the greatest to ever do this.

I've been known as a Jones critic but someone who respects his talent. I felt this result was more of a positive than negative. It all depends on what USADA decides to impose. I think 1-2 years maximum plus retroactivity.
