That's pretty funny. I definitely noticed this in the clip of their interaction that I saw. This can't be good for the neck, to be torquing your body around like that.

A similar thing was common when I did Judo, and I remember my sensei put a stop to it, said it was a stupid idea - risk of serious injury to a delicate and important part of the body for no real benefit.
