News Pena: "UFC forced Nunes to fight me or risk being stripped"

I'm willing to financially contribute to Nunes' training camp if it helps to never have to hear from that insecure, anger management-ridden buffoon peña again. She's half Mexican but calls her self the "Venezuelan Vixen." I would bet dogecoin she's couldn't find Venezuela on a map, let alone ever been there.
 
Two reasons they'd do this.

1. No one else is really that compelling. I don't think anyone actually thinks this girl or that girl can beat her. And Pena HAS. So there's marketability in that. Even if it's being rammed down everyone's throat, it still happened.

2. Pena can't be trusted to win her next fight whoever it's against and if she WERE to lose, the trilogy would never happen and they'd miss out on being able to sell the notion that it's an even contest. I think even Pena knows this.
 
Fight will be boring, but it is the only one that makes sense. Nunes has problems against girls who don’t fold instantly, even when when she wins. It was brutal domination on the scorecards in the second, but she was still hurt as hell in the end (exaggeration but beaten up face and fuck*d up leg etc.) and you can see that she doesn’t like to be in firefights, no matter how bad the opponent is. And Pena is really average, but will still giver her harder fight than anyone else in the division.
