Your the one acting like a parent. He needs a title shot...not an extra allowance for the week. Fighting Masvidal could put his title shot in jeopardy, and give Khabib a chance to fight yet another former FW striker (maybe Holloway next time).

You realize how badly the UFC fuck themselves over putting a snoozefest like Edwards on this card? Not only does the card go up in flames, but so does their new star Masdival who will get LNP'ed, the BMF title goes up in smoke, Conor eventually fighting for it goes up in smoke.

Putting Gaethje or Tony, two bmf's and exciting matchups, can still sell the bmf belt and keep this whole show afloat.

So you really care about a fake belt?!


I get it from a promotional point of view. But I'm sick and tired of waiting for retired raping fighters or the antics of the Diaz brothers. This sport should be about performance instead of show. Edwards has won 7 or 8 in a row, Masvidal 2 out of his last 4, Edwards deserves a big fight on a big stage and should be next. And I think he will too since he was already asked by the UFC to be on stand-by...
