Pedro Carvalho

Hey guys, can someone share more info about Pedro Carvalho? I have some old DVD where he is showing some strange techniques. I can't find him on BJJHeroes and I would like to know more about him and his lineage. Is he related to Edison Carvalho?

I don't know about his lineage, but I do remember when his VHS tapes were the very best BJJ info out there. Man, have we ever moved ahead in the general quality and quantity of instructional material. You kids today have no idea how good you have it *harumph*

Yeah, I'm just watching those old DVDs and he seems like a tough guy. I found some info like he won 11 medals in Brazil but it's strange that BJJHeroes web would not put him in the database. He moved from Brazil to USA in early 90's.

I know that when he was in Brazil he trained under Alvaro Barreto (a red belt who is now 75 y/o) for a few years.
