He just pulled out of his scheduled for with Uriah Hall at next month's AC FN (128) event a couple of week's ago.

Might as well keep that bout intact and reschedule it for one of the events that are coming up. Liverpool, Utica (most likely), UFC 225, Singapore, etc.

Aside from being able to capture the homo-erotic imaginations of sherdog, has Costa ever shown much in the way of real top-flight fighting ability (either in terms of raw ability or refined skill)? I've only ever seen him gradually overwhelm an overweight and shot Johny Hendricks who he had a massive size advantage against. Any reason to believe that he's a genuinely good prospect, and not just a half-decent fighter whose real notable asset is his marketability in Brazil?

Was Johnny really an overweight and shot fighter at the time?? Absolutely, and Paulo beat him like a top prospect should beat a over the hill shot fighter.

Basically there was nothing in that fight to derail him, there are still a ton of ?'s about Paulo, he still has a lot to prove, but he is young at 26 and is coming up at a perfect time when most of the top 10's of nearing mid thirties or over.

Back when I was working for the DOC there were a few inmates who had similar physiques eating shit prison food without supplements, without state of the art equipment, and without the gear...

might I add they had shitty free weights, a few benches and a squat rack. These results are very achievable natty if you have the genetics and drive to get there.
