What impressed me was how Mr. Brazilian Beefcake was able to throw nothing but dynamite and show no signs of fatigue. Also impressed by his discipline in not turning into a head hunter, but looking for openings wherever they were to land said bombs in good combinations.

As long as the refs don't do anything about blatant eye pokes it's gonna keep happening. In all honesty a smart fighter knows he can get away with at least 2 blatant illegal blows with no consequences at all besides a weak warning.

A few week so ago Thiago Tavares LOST a fight cuz he got hit hard in the nuts and couldn't continue. When the bell rings I'd run across the cage and kick a dude right in the nuts, now he's compromised and I only at a warning.

Whittaker hits harder, faster and is generally much more effective at MW. Whittaker has a much better jab than Hall. Costa just stood there and ate every left hand that Hall threw.

I could understand if a fighter was pointing the fingers out but hasn't made contact yet, a warning is fine for that because nothing negative has happened yet. But to diminish your opponent with several illegal strikes is bullshit. Like you said getting kicked in the dick is severely gonna compromise anyone. At minimum a pride style yellow card and 10% fine going to the victim of illegal blows would be a start.

Commissions don't give a shit though, the implemented that rule about the fingers being pointed out but nobody does anything of consequence about it.
