Skipped MW altogether by missing weight by some
11lbs against ViTrT. Then a solid ~230 or so against Arlovski, and he didn't look small next to the 6'3 245lbs HW. Who he actually beat.

Edit: turns out he had 3 LHW bouts before Arlovski. And 1 HW.
I didn't forget, I think I really didn't know so.
