I don't think it is going to happen. It seems the UFC is trying to book Burns and he's cheaper. The UFC is also very dead set on Costa fighting Khamzat in Abu Dabi in October and don't want to risk Costa getting injured. Costa asked to fight Strickland earlier this year and wants to fight Khamzat in October but the UFC only cares that he does the Abu Dabi fight against Khamzat.
