Paul McCartney is joining Nirvana

Nothing is more overrated than Pink Floyd.

Wut.

The Dark Side of the Moon was an immediate success, topping the Billboard Top LPs & Tapes chart for one week. It subsequently remained in the charts for 741 weeks from 1973 to 1988. With an estimated 50 million copies sold, it is Pink Floyd's most commercially successful album and one of the best-selling albums worldwide.

That album alone kills. Add in Animals, The Division Bell, Meddle, Wish You Were Here, The Wall, Obscured By Clouds, and Piper At The Gates Of Dawn, and you have an all time great band. Hell, Floyd is UNDER rated imo.

why is paul mccartney still making music? he should take a ride to the bottom of the ocean in his fancy yellow submarine and get lost there. he should've been killed instead of john lennon cus he's a putz.

Sweet. I haven't heard "putz" in a while. Underutilized imo.

"The Beatles are the most overrated band in history" The same argument could be made for Nirvana. I have friends who get music boners whenever Kurt Cobain is discussed like he was some sort of guitar god on par with Hendrix.

Anyone else surprised that Courtney Love didn't sue them?

Hipsters with empty opinions. Hipsters with empty opinions everywhere.

Nobody with a brain would try to argue that Cobain was a guitar god. He was average at playing guitar. It's his songwriting and lyrics that made him so great.

I agree with you 100%, but most music fans don't have a brain. I'm a fan of Nirvana, The Beatles, and Jimi Hendrix. They are all great musicians in their own right.

Paul McCartney is playing now, but not with Nirvana. I'm wondering if that is still going to happen.
