Mike Perry has become a father to a baby boy that he and his girlfriend Latory have named Ocean.

Perry also thanked the staff of the hospital where Ocean was born after a "scare" due to the baby not taking his first breath after being born.

Two days prior Perry kicked through a glass door and cut his leg, resulting in a lot of blood. WARNING: GRAPHIC.

Hopefully Papa Perry gets his shit together and raises his son with the love and affection he needs, and keeps the violence limited to the inside of the UFC Octagon.

A boy? So no Fighters curse? Ohhhhhh, maybe hes no fighter.

Damnit. I was really hoping he'd Darwin himself out of the gene pool before breeding and spreading that

Emphasize with this here tho. Happened with my daughter. So scary seeing your baby stay purple and not getting that fleshy color, sucking wind to no effect, as nurses rush around trying to get CPAP machine going and you are just absolutely helpless merely praying.

Delivery nurses are the bomb.

Platinum bless this child, I will perform the christening ASAP. We thought Mike was the chosen one, we were wrong - hopefully it his progeny is what we believed he would be.

Congrats to Mike and Latory!!!

I spent 2-4 hours in NICU with my firstborn... far and away the most terrifying experience of my life. Absolutely helpless feeling, time slowed to a crawl.

Thank god she made it and is now a healthy ten year old But yeah... that was a tough experience.

I would much rather fight Francis Ngannou than experience that ever again.

I’m glad your daughter was a fighter too!
