Page is probably the best prospect I've seen since Jon Jones, and he looks even better than Jones IMO. This guy can do it all. His defense, timing, athleticism, damn.

The dude is marketable as hell. His style is insane and if the ufc loses out on him bellator could make a run

One guy isn't going to make a difference. And to compare him to Jones is laughable. He struggled with Cyborg for a bit, Burrell gave him a hard fight that he arguably was close to losing.

He's got a lot of holes and his best win is Cyborg still. I know he looks great and he may in turn be great, but by this age Jones had already defended his belt how many times.

MVP has yet to fight a top 50 fighter. There's levels. And he ain't there yet.

I know we are all high on pages striking, but this is mma. Didn't look to great in the ground v cyborg. Bellator might know that he still has a lot of developing to do on the ground, and that is why they are developing him at a snails pace.


All that said tho, Caldwell is the best prospect. Dude is a damn near perfect specimen. He has fantastic wrestling, athletic as shit, and his striking is coming along nicely. He is the prospect to put the house on.

I agree. I haven't bought into the hype yet because while he fights like a pissed off prime Silva, and he looks good against the guys he's fought, they are nowhere near top 25 (being generous). Lets see how he does against someone ranked before swinging off of his nuts

However if Page vs. Stephen Thompson happened next, I would pick Page.
